NPS gives a simple, fast signal. One question, one easy number. It is a leading indicator of growth as promotors correlate with word-of-mouth and lower churn, whereas detractors are a prediction of churn risk.
NPS is a well understood metric across the industry and leaves little room to hide! It can be tracked over time to clearly show progress towards a product customers love and will continue to engage with.
We generate a simple code snippet (linked to your account) for you to add to your website. Just copy and paste it into the <head>
or <body>
section of your website and you're good to go. We've got a guide to help you through it even if you're using an online builder like squarespace, wix or shopify.
We recommend adding the widget to a high value page in your user journey. For example, you might add it to the main dashboard of your app, or the product catalogue or an order confirmation page if you're an e-commerce store.
No! Once a user submits a score the widget is hidden for that user for 90 days (the recommended period for NPS data). They can also dismiss the widget for 30 days without submitting a score.
No! The widget is designed to be unobtrusive and appears discretely at the bottom of your app (on the page you've added it to). The code is self-contained and doesn't affect your app's layout.
