Why use Net Promoter Score?

NPS gives a simple, fast signal. One question, one easy number. It is a leading indicator of growth as promotors correlate with word-of-mouth and lower churn, whereas detractors are a prediction of churn risk.

Why do Investors love NPS?

NPS is a well understood metric across the industry and leaves little room to hide! It can be tracked over time to clearly show progress towards a product customers love and will continue to engage with.

How do I install the Sensaro widget?

We generate a simple code snippet (linked to your account) for you to add to your website. Just copy and paste it into the <head> or <body> section of your website and you're good to go. We've got a guide to help you through it even if you're using an online builder like squarespace, wix or shopify.

Does the Sensaro widget appear everywhere in my app?

We recommend adding the widget to a high value page in your user journey. For example, you might add it to the main dashboard of your app, or the product catalogue or an order confirmation page if you're an e-commerce store.

Will my users see the Sensaro widget all the time?

No! Once a user submits a score the widget is hidden for that user for 90 days (the recommended period for NPS data). They can also dismiss the widget for 30 days without submitting a score.

Does the widget interfere with my app's layout?

No! The widget is designed to be unobtrusive and appears discretely at the bottom of your app (on the page you've added it to). The code is self-contained and doesn't affect your app's layout.

Can I see who sumbitted a score?

Not at the moment but we're working on it! Sensaro NPS scores and comments are currently anonymous (which actualy drives more honest feedback). We're working on an enterprise plan that will include integration into your CRM and other tools.
